I stumbled across your website because I bought new garbage cans. I live on the water so between the raccoons, seagulls and storms I lose either the lids or my garbage and recycling is all over the street.
At first, I thought your price for the Strong Strap was absurd and I looked elsewhere online for similar products. I had previously used a product with a buckle clip on each side which is no longer available, but was less expensive. After several days of scouring the internet I ordered 3 Strong Straps. I purchased them because your website is very easy to navigate, well laid out and the check out process was very good. Your e-mails for confirmation and shipping were nicely done. Shipping was very quick. Installation of the Strong Strap was a breeze, I love your video.
The quality of your product is outrageous! Well worth the expense. Living in the salt air, absolutely nothing lasts more than a season or two. The manufacturing of the Strong Strap is very impressive. Even though the clips are plastic, the weight of them indicates lasting quality. This is a product that works exactly as shown. The one-handed operation is great and it’s a simple and well made product. I’m glad I decided to spend a couple extra dollars for the Strong Strap.

Blazer Brand didn’t design the Strong Strap for bears. Yet, some customers successfully deterred black bears! Others were left with a sour taste in their mouth because they thought the Strong Strap would be “bear-proof.” You can read more about our recommended bear-resistant setup.
Otherwise, some straps would break from time-to-time. We consider this an inconvenience, and we’re working on a way to improve the overall endurance of this demanding part. For now, we have been promptly shipped replacements for broken parts within 24 hours (M-Sa) of receiving notice from our customers.
